IT Associate
Be part of the tech team and help develop, improve, and update the number 1 medical app in the country
Mobile development
Assists the Managing Director in App Development and coordination with third party technical support.
Assists in maintaining the website and other social media accounts.
Provides support to tech related inquiries of the sales team.
Provides tech support to office related hardware and software.
Monitors the tech system of AIDE.
Mines data as instructed by the Managing Director.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Managing Directors of the company from time to time.
Admin HR Associate
Be part of the admin team and help build the foundation and man power of our company
Monitors and coordinates with the outsourced accounting team.
Handles all accounting concerns.
General office administration such as preparation of miscellaneous documents, routine correspondences, expense reports, and other administrative duties such as office maintenance, office supplies.
Assists in HR activities such as employee queries, interviews, recruiting and hiring.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Managing Directors of the company from time to time.
Medical Coordinator / Customer Relations
Be part of the sales team and help provide that human touch to our medical partners and patients
Interact with company's customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
Resolve customer concerns or complaints immediately.
Create sales reports.
Assists in sales calls and presentations.
Help generate sales leads.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Managing Directors of the company from time to time.
