AIDE is more prominent in the greater Metro Manila area however, AIDE has thousands of medical practitioners that can provide home health care all across the Philippines.




How do I book a home care appointment with AIDE?


To book just follow these simple steps:

  1. Download the AIDE Medical App
  2. Choose the service you need
  3. Fill up the form
  4. Request for offers from our partners
  5. Choose a partner you like
  6. Select preferred payment method
  7. Check-up




How are medical professionals paid for the home services?


The user may pay through credit card, GCash, or cash payment.




Are the home care services covered by HMOs?


Not at the moment.




Why should I choose AIDE over other agencies in Metro Manila?


AIDE has a larger pool of medical professionals to choose from. AIDE’s medical professionals are also encouraged to dictate their fee which allows the patient to choose from a wider range of fees.




Will I have a choice of who comes to my home?


Yes. Upon viewing the credentials and fees of all the Medical Practitioners that have made offers and booked your requests in the app, you may now click on your preferred practitioner. .




Will my family member always receive medical care from the same medical practitioner?


Not necessarily. Should your family want to request another medical practitioner such as a nurse or caregiver for any reason, we will search for a match until your family is satisfied and happy. Our goal is to find a perfect match that will give you the proper medical care you need. We understand that a strong rapport and trust with a medical practitioner is vital to a successful home service experience.




What are the costs of your home services?


Professional fees and prices differ per medical professional, service, case, and location. To see the estimated fees and the price list, simply download the app and view the list in the sidebar.




Will the medical professionals provide an official receipt?


Today, not all medical practitioners have their own Official Receipt. They may provide an Acknowledgement Form of the amount received.




Can I trust these medical professionals that are coming to my home to give me the proper care I need?


Yes. To ensure the safety and well being of the patients, we perform a rigorous screening process and criminal history background check. Each and every Medical Practitioner that have signed up with AIDE has to attend a session where we must meet them face-to-face and collect several documents for verification. Most of our Medical Practitioners are also members of prestigious medical associations such as the PMA, PNA, PAFP, PCEM, PPTA and many others.




Are you available 24/7 for home service?


Only our doctors can provide 24/7 home service.




How can I see the actual prices, fees, or offers?


Only way is to make an actual request. Don't worry! This is only a request to find a medical professional and get offers so you will not pay for aything. You can do this by selecting a service in the app and filling up the form, the AIDE professionals will then view this and send back offers to book your appointment. Upon receiving the notification that you have received offers, you may now see and compare their fees and profiles.




If I have more questions, where can I direct them to?


Since you are already on the site, you may leave an inquiry on the "contact us" section in our homepage or chat with us online. You may also visit our social media pages and message us there. However, the best way to learn more about us is to download the app and explore the different features.




Can I use my credit cards or GCash to pay for all the services?


No. The nursing care service can only be paid through cash.




Is my data protected and kept safe?


AIDE fully abides by the Data Privact Acy and the National Privacy Commission. To learn more about this, our privacy policy can be seen in the app and on our website.




How do I use my promo code?


Promo codes can be placed in 2 different steps in the scheduling process. First, upon filling the service form (who, what, where, when) and second, after agreeing on an offer from a medical professional when choosing a payment method.
